General note covering all items ordered: Please note that we can't dispatch goods until we have received payment so if you have requested a pro-forma invoice (only available for orders over the value of £60) this invoice does need to be paid, before goods can be dispatched.
Magazines
If your product includes online access (which all do EXCEPT for the Print-only personal subscription), you will receive an email on receipt of payment giving you details on how to access our online content including all back issues.
If your product includes print copies of the magazines (which all do EXCEPT for the two Online-only subscriptions available), your print copies will start with the next quarter's issue. We publish all our titles in January, April, July and October so if for example you placed your order after the 1st July when the mailing list for the July issue is run, the first issue you would receive would be October's issue. You will always receive a full year's compliment of issues and your online access will start immediately.
Leaflets
Pre-printed sportEX leaflets - these are dispatched within 2-5 working days from receipt of payment. If you need your leaflets delivered faster then please choose a different delivery option when you place your order. Please note that if you have requested a pro-forma invoice when you placed your order then we do need to receive payment before we can dispatch the goods.
ePALs - immediately on receipt of payment you will receive an email giving you details on how to access this resource.
Custom-branded leaflets - more details will follow when these leaflets are available for order.
Advertising
You can use this shopping cart to get quotes and place bookings. A booking won't be placed until you go through the full checkout procedure so you can experiment with changing sizes and quantities of ads to reach the price that works for you. Please note that you won't be asked to pay upfront for the advertisements you book. The order you place will generate an invoice that creates a payment schedule. You will be sent an email prior to the booking deadline for each publication you have booked an ad to appear in, asking you to login and pay for the item that is due.
Please also note that you need to book all your ads in one order to get the best quantity discounts ie. if you want to book four ads, you need to book them all together rather than booking two now and two a month later. If you do this, you will only get the 2 x discount each time instead of the 4 x discount if all booked together.

The discounts work as follows (please note that the quantities versus discount differ depending on ad type ie. print or email).
Print advertising quantity discounts
1 x print advertising item = 0% off the total amount booked
2 x print advertising item = 15% off the total amount booked
3 x print advertising item = 27.75% off the total amount booked
4 x print advertising item = 38.57% off the total amount booked
Email advertising quantity discounts
1 x print advertising item = 0% off the total amount booked
2-4 x print advertising items = 15% off the total amount booked
5-7 x print advertising items = 27.75% off the total amount booked
8+ print advertising items = 38.57% off the total amount booked
Cancellation or failure to pay for booked adverts
If payment has not been made successfully by the booking deadline for each ad then the ad will be considered cancelled but the payment will still be due as stated in the terms and conditions. Space is restricted in the journal and demand nearly always exceeds supply so a booking that isn't honoured is likely to result in someone else's booking being rejected. We will endeavour where possible to allow you to move your ad to another publication where reasonable notice is given eg. a minimum of 14 days prior to the booking deadline as this gives us time to resell your space. However this is at the discretion of the publisher and is dependent on reselling the space that was booked.
