Presenter - Biray AlsacBiray Alsac comes to us hot off the heels of the Games for Health conference, which took place earlier this year and where she was also a presenter. Biray specialises in teaching health, fitness and wellness professionals how to integrate internet technologies and social media in their own initiatives. Biray also works at an adjunct faculty in the Exercise Science & Physical Education department of Mesa Community College in Arizona. Her teaching area includes courses that cover healthful living and basic principles of fitness and wellness. Biray currently is the 2007-08 facilitator to one of the Faculty Professional Learning Communities (FPLC) on campus for New Media Technology, a group of faculty/staff who gather regularly to discuss ways teachers can integrate new technologies into their classrooms to improve student learning. |
