CancellationsWe provide the chance wherever possible pre-purchase for you to examine samples of our products before you buy so we hope that by the time you place your order, you know what you're expecting. So hopefully this means you won't have any reason to return or cancel our products unless we have dispatched something incorrectly or the goods are faulty! In this case obviously we will remedy the situation immediately. All we ask is that you contact us within 10 days of receiving the goods to notify us of the problem and allow us to rectify it, and that where appropriate the goods you wish to return are returned in the condition that they were dispatched. Unfortunately we are unable to cancel subscriptions once an order as been processed for that year but if you would like to stop a subscription from renewing in a future period then please contact us before the renewal processes and we can cancel this for you.
